Stephenson (MK) Trust provides education for students aged between 11 and 18 years with SEN Statements for Social Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) at Stephenson Academy and also supports students disengaged from mainstream education throughout Milton Keynes at Bridge Academy.  We pride ourselves on delivering a quality curriculum, truly individualised to meet the needs of our students, ensuring successful outcomes for all.

We are always looking for talented and dedicated staff to work with our young people. Business Manager (Stephenson and Bridge Academies)

Job Purpose:

A member of the leadership team whose role is to ensure the smooth running of all aspects of support to Stephenson (MK) Trust and its staff through careful and strategic management of finance, facilities, catering and other support functions and to play a pivotal role in supporting the development of high standards of education and shaping the future success of the Trust.

Maths/Science Teacher (Maternity Cover) - start date as soon as possible

We are looking for an inspirational teacher, with the ability to engage, enthuse and motivate students to join our team temporarily, for the 2018/2019 academic year.

Applicants may be Maths of Science teachers, but be willing to teach both subjects across both Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 students.  You will have excellent communication skills, a pedagogical approach grounded in Quality First Teaching and aspirational standards to ensure the Students at Stephenson Academy develop holistically and achieve their potential, becoming valued contributors to their community.

Assistant Psychologist - 2 year fixed-term contract

Job Purpose:

The post involves working with young people across Stephenson Trust.  Many of these young people have been involved with other agencies at some point in their history, e.g. CAMHS, Children Social Care, some have been discharged due to non-engagement or their presentation may not meet local service criteria.  This is a chance to be creative in engaging these young people and their families in working with other agencies when appropriate.  This post will be of interest to those who are planning to pursue a career as a professional Psychologist.
